""The Scholar Warrior Path, be Grateful and give credit to your Roots""

""The Scholar Warrior Path, be Grateful and give credit to your Roots""
After a talk with a Martial Artist friend, I see so clear the many realities in Martial Arts and other organizations, sadly this is becoming a new normal. It's not only lucky the one that got a Mentor but also the Mentor that get a student, someone that hopefully will perpetuate his legacy and take this gift to the next generation. Many are so self centered that they tend to see in one unilateral way, the teacher or the student, it's here where the concept of family and free ego must come in, where the student his loyal, humble and respectful to his teacher as a father, even if he/she surpasses the mentor, but the Teacher as a father must also let his son/daughter grow with no micromanagement, yes with guidance and advice, with trust in the process, like a good father he will want for his son/daughter to be happy, successful, path his own way, carve his/her own mark and always return home to visit the old father 😊I see so many students ungrateful for what was given to them and also the ones that know all in their pure ignorance, big ego, power mongers and the teachers that try to keep their students under control, that cut their wings and keep them in cages with fear to be surpassed.
It's time to let it go, time to be grateful, to recognize the roots, to open hand, to be family, to be yourself, to enjoy life with no dramas, you are not in control of nothing, life is beautiful, but fragile, life is a microsecond in the infinite of existence of this Universe.
As a Man on my way to 50, I can see so much clearly, with different eyes, to take the best decisions for my life, to follow my heart, to follow the ones that appreciate me, drop the toxicity, walk my path, to HELP the ones that come to me and to be GRATEFUL 🙏 for the ones that brought me to this present position ❤
Thank you to my family, friends, loved ones, Teachers and students.
